To begin the application process for the 2009-2010
school year, please call 425-772-9862 to arrange a visit. Afterwords,
submit this form with a non-refundable one time only application fee
($50 for K - 5; $25.00 for preschool & Pre K).
You can either complete it online
with info on how we can contact you for payment, or you can mail your
paper form with a check to the administrative office at this address (not the school address):20715 Larch Way #2, Lynnwood, WA 98036
Living Wisdom School
